Micromanagement there is no room for creativity and invention here you have to do as they say. 4. No proper plan and unmeetable deadlines because of aggressive commitments. 5. Leaves are there but you can't take because you have to submit leave letter. 6. Testing team don't even know what to test. 7. You are not allowed to talk while working. 8. Constant changes in requirements they even change the database relations in day and ask you to complete by night. 9. Service locator design pattern they call it as "Wellspring framework". 10. They don't care about your career growth since they only want a typist not a developer. 11. Release process is a joke. 12. You cannot ask questions and you can't give suggestions. 13. Worst mandane process and 7 working days a week.
