      Pros

      Younger generation taking the reins of the company from their father means the company is being infused with fresh new ideas. Low turnover. Positive changes to modernize the 94 year old company are happening. Friendly people and management that does care and has humanity. Decent benefits and PTO/401K

      Cons

      Low turnover with employees who have been with the company so long can mean things get stuck in "this is the way we have always done it". Some hesitancy to take risks. Upper management keeps things close to the vest. Heavy paperwork in some positions.
