      Pros

      Great product, some good people trying to make it a better place. Mostly good managers.

      Cons

      Record-breaking turnover. They say “it’s not for everyone” and their right - very few survive. The president should know by this time that the problem is NOT just the employeeS he fires, it’s HIM!

      Pros

      In August, we had a change in our executive leader, and with this change has come some amazing things for the staff! The trust & belief in us as employees is felt every day. We are treated like the hardworking team we have always been. It is like working for a completely new organization. I am thrilled to be a part of this change, and truly looking towards the future with WellnessMats.

      Cons

      Truth is, there is nothing at this time. The positive change that has come with our new president has really made so many cons disappear.

      Biggest con is in office 5 days a week.
