      Pros

      The best part about working here is the people. Collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do, and it truly feels like everyone is working toward the same goal. There’s a strong sense of trust and support across departments, no matter who you reach out to, someone is always willing to help. The culture is positive, encouraging, and built around putting the customer first while constantly striving for excellence. It’s a place where wins are shared, ideas are welcomed, and you really feel part of something bigger.

      Cons

      Honestly, it’s hard to think of any real cons. Like any workplace, the experience is what you make of it, this is a company where you get out what you put in. It’s a place for people who want to grow, contribute, and be part of something meaningful. If you’re motivated and willing to put in the work, you’ll feel valued and recognized for your efforts.

      WFH 2 days a week

      Cons

      Horrible management and leadership from the very top down. Saw over 20 people quit in my department alone in 9 months. The higher ups are unbearable to work for. A bunch of nepotism plagues the company. It’s cool not to produce as long as you’re friend or family. They just hired a senior sales manager who quit within 2 months.
