Pros
A great place to work. People are motivating and positive. Directors of the company are visionary. Open minded and always welcomes new Ideas from the staff. Exposure is endless. Learnings are excellent.
Cons
The only con is company fails to retain its employee. There is N number of employees who actually got groomed over in this company and was responsible for major roles in the company but they all left and not even the company tried to retain them. Its a great loss of company where a company actually took efforts for grooming the employees for the specific roles made them capable of it but later company fail to retain them.
