Pros
People here take pride in their work and are lovely to work with, lots of opportunities to learn outside of your role, lots of flexibility in your work schedule.
Cons
The firm seems to be confused where it is headed with it's products, they have done so many reorgs and layoffs that it's created a stressful environment. The work life balance has also gotten worse with the shrinking workforce but pay hasn't been increased.
