      Beautiful offices and very intelligent investment professionals. Outstanding benefits. The company rewards it's investment Pros very well. The 90+ partners make a fortune (7 and 8 figures)

      Cons

      It's a highly politically charged working environment. You will never see the bus coming. There are a lot of ex-Putnam people there - after they killed that company, Wellington hired them??? The culture has declined a lot since Duncan left.
