Barely treading water - Anonymous employee Welligent Employee Review

Little to no training is provided. Management has a blatant mistrust of employees. Contracted employees are favored and given priority over Welligent employees. Processes are unclear and the systems are outdated. Workplace culture is toxic and isolating. Decisions and changes are made abruptly and without much forethought. No room for growth inside the company. Management/ownership has difficulty giving clear and consistent messages. “Leadership” constantly flails their arms as they go from panicking about one situation to the next because they take no proactive steps to improve their business model.
