Pros

Health insurance benefits are quite good.

Cons

Senior Management is impulsive with quickly shifting priorities to chase the latest bright and shiny opportunity. Fine tuning what they have (such as, focusing on employees) is not on their menu. I'd put middle managers into three buckets here. A few have been appointed because they... fit what they needed at the time, regardless of competence. A few others keep their noses to the grindstone and get stuff done, and as thanks get nothing but lip service. (If you are staff, this second group is who you really want to be working for). The third group of mangers are schemers looking to advance by any means necessary and would throw their first born child under a bus to curry favor with Senior Mgt, or to gain leverage over some rival. Now onto the staff. If you are here, you are not in for a pleasant ride. Save for one or two pets, staff are treated poorly. Lousy pay, laughable bonuses, high workloads, impulsive priority shifts from on-high telegraph into whiplash at the staff level. And the whip lands unkindly. So once in a while the Senior Mgt throws free food to the staff in an effort to make themselves look good, but "no" they will never throw an extra dollar. Oh yeah, staff is assigned kitchen clean-up duties too so they have to literally clean-up after mangers and senior managers (nope, that's not a joke). HR is useless and exists only to protect the company. That's it. I understand that is the role of any HR department, but most HR departments will also try to help staff and managers work together, etc. Not here. If you go to this HR with a problem with your manager, they only want to know if the manager has violated some policy. And apparently managers yelling at staff, personally insulting staff members (during team meetings and in front of plenty of others), giving contradictory instructions (and viciously reprimanding staff who guess wrong), calling staff on weekends and threatening them, and randomly pulling bonuses is not any sort of a policy violation. I will state absolutely that the behavior of some of these manager would have gotten them immediately fired at almost any other company I've ever worked at. But treat staff poorly here? That's a-ok in this HR's book. You really need to embrace the reality of this place - - if you are staff, you are disposable.

Pros

Good benefits, over-inflated wages, lack of work-at-home oversight, and wasteful corporate spending on travel, employee events, etc. Some would consider those things positive, I however consider them a recipe for disaster.

Cons

Clicky. Lack of quality management. If you are a hard worker, professional, and take your role seriously, this Company is not for you!
