Pros
If you are part of the club you get paid alright. They pay some quite remarkably incapable people so well that they are stuck here not to be hired elsewhere. If you know how to properly manage up and offload work to juniors you get promoted extremely quickly. Flex working hours unless your manager makes it deliberately difficult. No framework or boarders so you can test water and make things work your own way.
Cons
If you are not part of the club you are a resource- Good deals never yours, dirty work yes. No trainings at all to juniors- just thrown under the bus. Chaotic, poor management style - claim to care but the reality is not bothering. Also politics at the top- not . Lack of strategy. Title inflation.
