Weekly Call nights Micromanaging, District team leads will observe you call members. Team members creating fake referrals due to fear of potential losing their jobs. Living in fear of getting in trouble if not meeting quotes quarterly. Shady District leads/Managers telling bankers to open multiple savings/checking accounts for members without them knowing to meet their monthly goals. They say they care of the members but only care about numbers and getting loans. Dont care if member goes into debt, as long as they can make a sale out of them.
