Pros

Base salary was around what I needed when I started Benefit slightly above average Nice headquarters if you are interested in return to office in Kansas City

Cons

Even though they advertise positions as hybrid, out of nowhere Bill Miller ordered Kansas City staff to return to office 4 days a week, and will eventually move to 5 days a week in 2025. This is non-negotiable. Wellsky is buying 'competition' companies and accruing gosh-knows how much debt Wellsky C-Suite has bought 100% into 'AI and automation is the future' without much direction on how to implement it Unlimited PTO is a scam to not have to pay you PTO when you leave. Nobody I knew at the company took more PTO than they would have naturally accrued normally. Highly disorganized business units and products, since the company has acquired so many smaller companies, offices, datacenters, and products. You will never have a good idea of what most of these products do.

Pros

The organization promotes a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are approachable and willing to assist. The onboarding process provided a solid foundation and helpful resources that supported my transition into the role. Clear clinical guidelines and structured workflows help ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in decision-making. The flexibility of the work environment supports work-life balance while maintaining productivity and performance

Cons

There are opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency; however, leadership is approachable and open to feedback, creating a positive environment for continuous improvement

Pros

OK pay, on-site gym, immediate coworkers are great

Cons

High turnover (likely to continue), understaffing, call center environment, buggy software and understandably angry/dissatisfied customers. Hard to resolve issues when you're constantly on the phone taking on brand new issues, and hard to ask for help when everyone else is also taking calls
