Pros

Once was an open and friendly environment. Free snacks, but no longer free meals due to budget cuts.

Cons

After transitioning to the mothership WellSky, there have been many undesirable and unacceptable changes. Payroll and PTO calculations were incorrect for over 9 months, and WellSky did not meet it's contractual obligation to pay for fees for employee services, even after following up multiple times. Leadership has changed from enablers to cutting out long term successful employees in a snap to save money. Salaries have been lowered to 'meet current market' (low demand in Austin??) and new ideas now get you reprimanded instead of encouraged.

Pros

OK pay, on-site gym, immediate coworkers are great

Cons

High turnover (likely to continue), understaffing, call center environment, buggy software and understandably angry/dissatisfied customers. Hard to resolve issues when you're constantly on the phone taking on brand new issues, and hard to ask for help when everyone else is also taking calls
