Pros
All of us lean in the direction of improving our patients wellness and through that goal improve their lives. Collaboration is constant, discussions are energetic but professional. Even our IT team is all-in for improving the clinicians work life and through them the patient's healthcare experience.
Cons
I've worked for some companies who are essentially meat markets, throwing bodies at an account to generate a percentage of support $. WellMed is NOT that company. I do not have any negative issues with this company.
