Pros

Good friendly co-workers .decent benefits, Plentiful over time flexibility of work from home , bereavement pay .some performance bonuses

Cons

Poor operating systems .poor work / home life benefits. unrealistic metrics that create pay is on the low end of the average scale .high turnover. Upper management relies on numbers only .if you are part of the call center you will get verbally abused often and expected to smile and tolerate it .

Pros

It was remote. Good Enviorment. Nice people. I liked the organization.

Cons

Pay was low. Pharmacy Benefit is complex. The did go through a reorg and layoffs while i was there, because they lost a major contract with Walmart. This led to laying off around 10% of staff.

Pros

Rather straightforward Job, a lot to learn but eventually you will learn the nuances of taking calls and dealing with rejected claims Work from home and fairly chill during the evening to night. Worked 2:30-11:00pm. Rare to get calls late, Very few calls on Sundays Lots of Holidays, good amount of vacations

Cons

Insufficient training. You're only taught for 2 weeks before you begin taking calls, and while there are others you can reach out to, there are so many nuances that you are never even taught. Dealing with insurance so a lot of the rules are dumb and seemingly made up. Seeming lack of care regarding actual methological improvements to making things better for the actual customers. See the total mismangemant of Davita and other Dialysis patients if you were here at the start of the year. Awful Systems, Wellserv is hot garbage, better to just to stick to ePost IYKYK.
