Pros
1. The kitchen staff are amazing. 2. Most engineers are technically sound. 3. They dilligently follow Scrum. 4. Office location is pretty accessible. 5. They provide you with a decent duel-monitor setup.
Cons
1. The upper management is like a cult. They will manipulate you into thinking they are doing you a huge favour by letting you stay. 2. The CEO is a Swiss guy with severe god complex. He doesn't treat the Bangladeshi employees with nearly enough respect as he does with his own people. You'll almost always feel the puppet master breathing down on your neck. 3. The HR department is made up of some absolute clowns. All they do is post vague job openings and write fake glassdoor reviews. It's so obvious that it's almost laughable. 4. There are no public holidays for Bangladeshi employees. When the Swiss guys are stuffing turkeys during thanksgiving, you will slave away during all the major national holidays.
