They refused to pay a rep their commission for missing it by $40!!!! Exactly!!! Why???? a. They went through their funding within 7 years and are seeking another round to continue running. At least 6 C-level people have left or been removed in under 24 months. b. The board looks good on paper, but they are disconnected with the company. You cannot impose 10 x goals when you only hit 1/10 of your number c. Limited solution offering d. Non-C level employees are great people, but the C Suite is terrible. The biggest battle at WellAware is fought between the four walls. The result is confusion, unrealistic goal setting, passing down blame and failure to execute. Your employees have lost faith. Pretending to care, then ignore any input destroys morale and disrespects the individual. Stop with the 'holier than thou' attitude. Everyone brings something to the table. Be a company that is not afraid of hires that may be smarter than you.
