Pros

Most of the people are friendly. After 6 months, if you qualify, office personnel gets put on 9-80 schedule.

Cons

I wish I had an honest review before joining this organization. - Politics within all levels of the organization. - Toxic environment - High turnover rate - Wacky "Vacation Plan" - Low Pay (Well below industry standards) - CYA Mentally (Blame Game) - "We have been doing it this way for years" mentally - Positions are filled with incompetent & inexperienced personnel (button pushers) - It's not my job attitude (no team work) - Promises of advancement opportunities backed with false promises. - Favoritism is well known and if you are not liked by the "key people" good luck moving up. - Most of the time you are rewarded for hard work but here....the only thing hard work means is more work. - Employees scared to make decisions. (simple day to day task) - Issues go unaccounted for. - No communication. (if you are stuck with the ball you are left to blame) - Management has no filter and will talk to you as if you were a dog. - No checks and balances for reoccurring mistakes. - No training (sink or swim)
