      Pros

      The nursing staff is amazing and are always willing to help out.

      Cons

      Critical access hospital, less resources, lower pay compared to surrounding hospitals. The nurses have to pick up the slack in other departments especially the RT department, it is non-existent. Security is extremely lacking.
