It is a good first job.

Can be fast paced but not a bad company

You can take as many breaks as you want every day, week, month and year. There is no limit especially if your a smoker.

A lot lot lot of favoritism if your in the circle you can hang in the supervisors office or Human Resources office even the plant managers office. I was not in the circle.
