We are glad you are enjoying the flexibility of the position. Along with the flexibility and independence are required weekly activity reports and weekly communication with management. We set goals and organize our training program to help our Community Marketing Executives achieve the greatest amount of success. These structured goals and the training process have proven effective over the last few decades. This is all put in place for your success and the company as a whole.
Welcome Wagon explains the commission compensation during the selection process through the Corporate Recruiter in the initial phone call. Compensation is further explained during the interview with the hiring manager. We do our best to explain it in detail in order to manage our employees' expectations.
Regarding pricing and territory, we do have a structure in place, and we would be more than happy to provide clarity on this. We encourages CME's to contact the Corporate Office in the event extra support or direction is needed.
We understand that you may have frustrations out in the field and want you to know that we are here to assist you.
