Started working in BK a few months ago, at 1st I wasn’t sure if it was for me as everything seemed very disorganised and not much support for the new restaurant, managers were struggling and everyone seemed to do whatever they wanted, but since our new manager started everything has changed. More control, better standards, loads more support and better on the job training. Managers now have an experienced leader to support them and the restaurant feels a much better place to work and I believe we are serving our customers a lot faster. Good staff meals Amazing discount policy which no one explained to me until now Hope to stay here for a while now
