You have to be management to even get noticed, management are rude and don’t acknowledge you when on site, staff are promoted without having a clue what they are doing, your are not listened too when you have any problems, members of staffs personal information is shared with everyone, no pre employment checks are done, they give jobs to anyone without interviews. If you want to feel happy and valued in a job this company isn’t for you stay clear !
