Great to hear that while you worked for us you felt we had some good benefits and discounts in place. This is something we are really proud of as a company and we are glad you felt this worked well. Really disappointed to hear that the management at your place of work wasn't as organised as it should be and lacked clarity for you. We are continually looking at ways that we can train and coach our managers to be better leaders, and this year we have really focused on those leadership skills through a coaching programme and career path courses.
