      Pros

      No Management, no HR on site. When hired was told hours were 0700 till 1500. Second day, I was asked, instead of 1 hour lunch break can you only take 30 min? Third day was told you can't leave at 1500 the work is not done, everyone needs to work until 1800.

      Cons

      Welbilt only hires temps, during interview you are told your position will become permanent. Worked every Saturday
