      Pros

      Great location, decent camaraderie for a multi-strat, and George Weiss himself.

      Cons

      Poor senior management / CIO - sheer number of underperforming PMs kept on was astonishing. No development program or thought given to groom analysts for PM roles. Growing mediocrity and downward slope in AUM not surprising.

      They educated us in data science in R and I am still reaping the rewards of that training.

      Cons

      You need to be outgoing. They will connect you with an initial team but it is up to you to make what you can of the internship.
