      Good people working for very bad management.

      Cons

      Every hr person we get just falls in line with management. It's horrible to watch. They always sell their HR soul to the weiss devil. They 100% know it's wrong. Typically you can count on HR to typically have your back in a professional organization Of course this isn't one of those.
