Pros

There are no pros working for this company except meeting new people.

Cons

Horrible upper management , They want keep their employees as under educated as possible to avoid high paying positions. They keep all their employees scared for their jobs to avoid Possible raises, or position changes. No room for getting a better position in the company as they give you false promises, and lie to your face. It is a one man show company with supervising staff that has worked there so long that if you have any issues as an employee you are hanged up on by management. Whole company is full of back stabbing employees, few are good people. Promises of raises and bonuses but raises are yearly 2-5% and bonuses are around $800 after tax annually. Use a supposed ‘big raise’ as a lure to make you work hard all year and when the time comes, it’s a disappointment. Training is promised but hardly given. Office staff is underpaid and over worked. Assaults in company are covered up and forgotten about because of long term management friendships. Production and service persons are largely underpaid and over worked. Shipping and receiving workers are extremely over worked and very underpaid. Interview process seems too good to be true when explaining about your role and what to expect, Which it most definitely is. This company could be a great company but unfortunately the management has been working there for so long that they have formed almost a gang mentality alliance. Office work is a much better role in this company as I feel horrible for the people in the back that have to deal with the production manager on a daily basis.

Pros

The company itself is great, they're willing to train you and are respectful to their employees. The work can sometimes be tough but, it is rewarding. The current CEO Siegfried's son, Thomas, is a wonderful person and will only help improve upon the company's progress.

Cons

Across the ocean in North America, things are different. Yes, it's technically the same company but, the management and some of the other employees are difficult to deal with. At times, it appears that management doesn't know what they're doing and will push off or ignore tasks that need to be dealt with because it could be tricky to handle. It appears that management and personal there likes to hire people who are ok with their current position and don't want to move up in the company. Office staff appear to be poorly trained and then let go or the employee moves on because of lack of training or low pay. Management does not seem to understand work life balance at times.
