      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to grow in the company. Great upper management team. Fun environment to work in every day. Love it

      Cons

      I really haven't found much of a down side the only bad thing is when some of the employees think that they are the boss.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
