Pros
The pay isn't to bad. You can have a flexable schedule. You have an option at learning a small trade.
Cons
Slow training and it's not always informative. If you have questions or concerns for your Manager it gets Brushed off. People can call off and change there schedules as much as they want without any consequences. They can and will move you around up to 30 miles without hesitation. It can be a hostile work environment and you need to not trust that they have your best intrest. You
