      Pros

      Ability to advance with hard work. offer the option to completely change your career path. Fellow employees are nice and easy to get along with and work with.

      Cons

      In order to advance you have to do what ever is asked, such as traveling to multiple stores. Not as easy to get a full time position if you start as a part time employee.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
