      Non-management staff is almost like family

      Cons

      Management staff makes you want to look at other jobs. No soft skills, human skills, or experience working with human beings. Lack of communication for other employees let alone customers. Ego goes a long way in those jobs

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
