      Somewhat flexible schedule. Some people are fun to work with. They give you off on Christmas. Shortened hours on some holidays.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Favoritism. Incompetent & lazy managers that do not discipline poor workers or do their own jobs properly.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
