Pros
There is a lot to learn at Weis Market. If you put a lot of effort into your job there are opportunities but they are very slim. Good for a starter job
Cons
This company has a big problem with the management and corporate. Dealing with either of them is a nightmare. Trying to get proper help from them is like pulling teeth. The stores never have payroll and were always cutting hours. Store managers would put in vacation so they could make payroll. Lazy people got praised and hard workers got punished. I saw a lot of unethical things being done at that company.
