A steady paycheck for hard workers.
Cons
No labor to do your job, let alone take care of the people you really work for, the customers. Every week is a fight to cut labor so upper management can hit numbers. Expected to work through lunches and breaks to get jobs done. Management looks the other way. Very bad culture, from top to bottom.
