They do offer a bonus to fresh department managers who perform well. Offer very good vision, decent dental and good medical benefits. Pretty up to date with technology, most paperwork, ordering and videos are online.
Cons
Lack of available payroll, asking more work with less and less payroll hours to do so. Senior management will make promises of promotion or otherwise but follow through is rare or takes a year or longer when you are told changes will happen in a matter of a few months. No accountability of Store Managers. Grocery managers are underpaid for the amount of work that they do on top of in most cases being the primary store closer. No training hours are allotted for new hires, you either take heat for busting payroll or make the new hire wait 3 weeks to work because of already written schedules. Severe lack of communication across all levels.
