Gratifying, challenging, position weis is a growing company so there are plenty of opportunities for internal growth.
Cons
The struggle between old school managers and new school can be difficult and frustrating. Also old managers who aren't trained to the standards of new managers often earn far more. Old asm pay 55 to 65 new asm pay 42 to 53, can be a little discouraging.
