      Pros

      Days go quickly at times. You learn to trust your associates and strong relationships are formed. The job can be challenging in a good way.

      Cons

      At times, A lot is required/expected of front end management. Almost too much. Also it's retail, so the shift hours are kinda crappy.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
