      Pros

      Good company to work for. Great Benefit package. Very flexible if you needed time of and did a good job taking care of employees.

      Cons

      Oil and gas has an unpredictable market. With the downturn in the market a lot of people lost there jobs and it created very low moral. Little opportunity for job growth.
