      * Decent place to work at with a modern building at Oil & Gas HQ

      Cons

      * Base salary is below market, bonus is good but dependent on company performance (hint - on oil market doing good) * Company does not invest any resource and money to develop their workforce * Not much career growth * Not much synergy between the internal departments
