Pros
The over time and pay is good and on time. The benefits are real good with medical & dental that aren't the very best but are a close 2nd.
Cons
When you start work you are a temp through them or an Agency. You MAY get hired on if you pass the hazing process of extra long hours ( 12-16 hr a day sometimes 7 days a week but at least 6) management big attitude are "do whatever it take to push the product out" there Is this air of "if you don't get caught then you didn't break the rules"
