Pros
- Flexibility and travel - Solid management team - Room for growth and they encourage it - Travel to remote locations when necessary - They pay above average and benefits are great
Cons
- During the last few years, lot of turnarounds. Many layoffs. - Head of IT had zero IT background and often did not understand. He was also very sneaky and could not be trusted. - Power struggle between Canada, US and Global IT. - Often not appreciated which is the norm there.
