Pros
You can learn in and out of pumps, valves, and actuators. The more you show your greed for understanding things, the more exposure you shall get.
Cons
Certain managers make your life hell if you do not become their stooges. Pay scale is low, but then if you want a better paycheck, get yourself a job outside and either negotiate or make the move. There was a bond for the onsite travel and the renumeration for the onsite travel is nowhere near company standards.
