Better focus on training for an engineering company. Great history and reputation Market leaders on most products
Cons
Company grew by acquisitions and the various companies have not been successfully integrated into a cohesive organization. Lots of legacy issues that are not being addressed. Very toxic culture due to inter departmental politics. Too much redtape resulting in major inefficiency . No team building initiatives for normal staff but various top dollar events for management
