      Pros can be benefited for towards the company.. if you are in customer relations dept they will provide good phone, laptops, Good hotel when you are in the field...

      Cons

      Treat GET like slaves, They don't value for your knowledge if you are a fresher. Very lazy environment...They don't know how to use technology. Don't care for salary...
