      Pros

      Good Pay. Great Benefits. Fast paced not for those who do not want to work hard and long hours. That’s about it for this section.

      Cons

      One hand does not talk to the other. Upper managers need to be engaged in day to day planning instead of just shrugging everything off and passing the buck.
