An inflamed pustule of egomaniacs and incompetent dolts. District and regional management spews senseless rhetoric simply to hear themselves talk. Suggestions to better your workplace are cast out instantly if they make a single mention of managerial failure. Individuals of promise are awarded with a daunting workload which should be distributed to at least two employees. "Running lean," they call it. "Preposterous expectations" is more accurate.
