Slightly flexible working hours, commonly hosts office lunches, tries hard to act like we are a "family". Friendly office staff.
Cons
Always expecting more out of their employees, it's not enough to simply do your job, you must always be looking for new goals and ways to learn more. Holds way too many meetings which impacts productivity.
