Pros

ww program helps people & empowers them to do things they couldn't and wouldn't do before their weight loss journey. ww program does help people transform their lives. program is rooted in behavioral and food science flexible hours/summer fridays / ability to work from home in most departments not all departments created equal

Cons

too many structural changes. no stability and thus no ability to meet your goals (and get your raise or title change) as they are constantly shifting over the year lack of communication from product/data/marketing tech teams and insight into new processes before they are already implemented minimal collaboration . or people simply do not respond. lost our personality and values with new executive hires. cutthroat environment. a lot of unhappy underlings. too much workload so no ability to be creative, reflective, or strategic. might be better for an outsider coming in (you'd get hired as a VP!) vs someone who has actually been dedicated to the company not sure what our HR department does but it isn't to support employees

Pros

I worked here in the 'hey day' of WW, actually from 2003-2014, but it didn't scroll back far enough for me to choose the accurate year/date! I enjoyed it and met a lot of friends and it was fun to work with the people; I helped a lot of people. It was pretty amazing and rewarding...seeing the same people every week, but only once a week (customers) and I only saw some of my co-workers once a wee too, which is great b/c sometimes that leaves enough time to miss them! haha!

Cons

It was a very underpaid job and we were running around town doing 'at works" and traveler locations...(churches, etc.) ...working at our old, big "WW Center" was really nice, during the height of Points, etc..but it was not a job where you'll save any money or get enough work. Undependable...District mgr could change your life at the drop of her hat.
