The main reasons why I joined and I want to stay: 1) Almost no turnover (which is always surprising for a start-up) 2) Good salary and very good additional benefits (commissions, health insurance, Urbansport, events, smartworking..) 3) Product that can help big organisations and bring a real impact 4) Multicultural atmosphere, possibility to speak 3 languages every single day
